THE PAWS PATROL BEQUEST PROGRAM

YOU CAN HELP LIMIT THE NUMBER OF FERAL CATS AND ENSURE LONG, HEALTHY LIVES FOR THEM IN A NUMBER OF WAYS. 

  In your will or living trust:

  Ø  Name Paws Patrol as a primary or contingent beneficiary (should your primary beneficiary not outlive you) of any portion of your overall estate.

Ø  Specify a dollar amount or a piece of personal or real property.

Ø  Specify a percentage of your estate to be given to Paws Patrol.

Retirement plans:

Ø  You can name Paws Patrol as a beneficiary, primary or secondary, of all or a portion of proceeds from retirement assets.  This can be done as a change with the fund itself, with no need to alter your will or trust.

Life insurance policies:

Ø  You can name Paws Patrol as a primary or secondary beneficiary of all or a portion of your life insurance policies.

Specific bequests

I give, devise and bequeath to Paws Patrol,

(or a description of a specific asset) for the benefit of Paws Patrol to be used for the following purpose: (state purpose).  If at any time in the judgment of the board of Paws Patrol it is impossible or impracticable to carry out exactly the designated purpose, they shall determine an alternative purpose closest to the designated purpose.

Contingency bequests

I give, devise and bequeath the residue of the property, real and personal and wherever situated, owned by me at death to (name of beneficiary), if she/he survives me.  If (name of beneficiary) does not survive me, I devise and bequeath my residuary estate to Paws Patrol, for its general purposes.
